Over recent years I have worked closely with James Cumming at Simple Safety to assist companies where an incident has occurred resulting in an HSE investigation. Generally due to my prompt instruction immediately after the incident, I have been able to request that James commences an internal investigation report into the circumstances surrounding the incident on behalf of the company. James and I have a good working relationship and together we have helped several companies and individuals avoid enforcement action, put in place remedial measures and most importantly prevent a recurrence.
